Jan O’Brien, CDPE, CFAC, CSP, GRI – Las Vegas Broker-Salesperson
Jan has been a Nevada licensed broker-salesperson since 1992, working in all areas of real estate including residential, property management, foreclosures (REO) and short sales. She is an expert in the marketing and negotiating of all aspects of real estate. Jan actively works with both buyers and sellers of Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas Real Estate – including Las Vegas short sales and foreclosures.
Jan has more than 25 years of leadership, training, business and coaching experience. She holds a degree in education from the University of Georgia and served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot.
Jan joined Realty ONE Group in October 2010 as a Corporate Broker and Branch Manager. She is currently the Director of Strategic Development for Realty ONE Group which is the #1 brokerage in Nevada and fastest growing real estate company in Arizona and California.
Jan has provided business coaching and consulting to more than 100 top producing real estate sales executives and teams to establish and use effective business and real estate systems. Jan worked with Prudential Americana Group, Realtors in Las Vegas from 1992 to 2009 as a sales executive, broker-manager and from 2007-2009, as the General Manager responsible for recruiting, coaching and leadership training of the management team and 6 branch offices with nearly 1,200 sales executives. In 2008, the company ranked 8th in the network of over 650 brokerages.
She has been blogging since 2006 and helping others to achieve success with integrating Social Media (blogs, social networking sites) into their business. She authors or contributes to a variety of blogs including: LasVegasForeclosureConnection.com, CareerRealty.com, JanOBrien.com, Business-Blog-Consultant.com.
In July 2009, Jan started her own training, coaching and consultant business. Her clients include individual real estate agents, team leaders, brokers and small business owners. As of March 2010, she along with colleague Steven Kitnick have certified over 900 Nevada real estate professionals in handling short sale transactions.
In April 2010, Jan co-authored a new designation course with Steven Kitnick entitled Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant. The course is a available as a live full day training and online through OnlineEd.com. She also holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation.
Alexandra Nikolov, CFAC – Las Vegas Broker-Salesperson
Alexandra Nikolov has over 14 years of Real Estate experience in the Las Vegas Valley. She was born in Miami, Florida oldest of 2 daughters and spent 25 years traveling across the country and Europe with Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, Disney world on Ice, and Sesame Street Live working in Sales & Marketing customer service, management, inventory and bookkeeping. She enjoys training in Krav Maga, and also has a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo.
In August 1997, she joined Prudential Americana Group as a real estate salesperson where over a span of 12 years was a consistent top producer specializing in helping buyers and sellers with new home sales, resales, relocation, short sales, her average personal production average was between 9 and 11 million a year,( approximately 54 homes bought or sold).
Alexandra went on to become Office Manager for the Prudential Southwest office with approximately 120 agents, where she enjoyed mentoring and training the agents on customer service, contracts, productivity.
In December 2010 she joined Realty One group, excited about the opportunity to work with a company that has a fresh outlook and vision for the future, as well as outstanding leadership and training.
Currently she is working with happy buyers and sellers assisting them understand the in’s and out’s of our market, she believes that education about the process is key, so that whether you are buying or selling you are well prepared to anticipate and deal with all types of situations.
